LIFECYCLE(S):

Lifecycle stages can be customised by adding the conditions i.e rule to a particular lifecycle. While creating a lifecycle stage keep in mind the stages a user can go through on your Website to get real and accurate figures.

How to Add a New Lifecycle?

  •  Give the lifecycle stage a name.

  • Create a lifecycle stage for users who meet the conditions as specified by you.

  •  Add the conditions by clicking on ‘ADD NEW CONDITION’.

  • If you want the user falling in a lifecycle that meets ALL the conditions then you click on ‘Add New “AND” Condition’. However if you want the users to fall in a lifecycle that meets ANY of the condition then you click on ‘Add New “OR” Condition’.
